This machine is suitable for multi-color continous printing for roll material in good printing performance sucn as Cigarette pack, Cork paper, Liquid paper box, BOPP, CPP, PET, PVC, PE,NYLON,other similar film material etc…

- This machine is Electronic Line Shaft Tension Control System from Siemens Germany.

- This machine can use both water-based ink and solvent-based ink.

- Fully enclosed structure, achieve factory workshop odorless pollution.

- Max. mechanical speed 320 m/min, Max. printing speed 300 m/min.

- Separate both side rotation type double station turret, Max. unwinder & rewinder diameter: Φ800mm

- Unwind & rewind unit Shaft-less pneumatic cone web loading and unloading. 

- Automatic splicing without machine stop.(Auto Changer)

- Vertical& HorizontalAuto Registration Control System with video inspection, precision:±0.06mm

- Pre-registration system to ensure easy registration, decrease material waste when machine beginning.

- Ink transfer roller technology to make ink transfering more uniform to get better printing quality, machine can high speed running without ink flying out.
