Use
This machine is used for printing BOPP,CPP,PET, PVC,PE,PA and paper, broadly applied for soft package industry.
Feature
1. This machine is 7 motors tension system.
2. Computerized ARC system with video inspection KS2000F-V from KESAI company.
3. Unwinder & rewinder with inside double station turret.
4. Auto slicing & auto splicing without machine stopping, realizing automatic material change.
5. Completely auto tension controlled by PLC from Siemens.
6. Shaft-less printing cylinder loading. Pneumatic back pressure moving doctor blade.
7. Sealed type oven, outside heating system, hot-air circulation system, auto constant temperature control system.
8. Adopting aluminum alloy guide roll after anode oxidation processing and in balance.
9. High-accuracy gear transmission box, adopting patented technique.
10. Heavy duty wallboard.
