Product Description
USE:              
This machine is applicable for cutting of various wrappers, such as BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC, electrification alumina membrane, aluminizing membrane, pressure-sensitive adhesive and paper. 

Feature :

1. The electrical control system adopts imported PLC for centralized control, use touch screen to realize man-machine dialogue, and display work parameters according to different requirement set. 

2. Unwind adopts vector frequency inverter, unwinding diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control. 

3. Rewind adopts magnetic powder brake, rewinding diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tersion control. 

4. The machine has independent unwind frame, loading and unloading using shaft-less pneumatic cone top type, the width adjusted through screw rod by electric. So it is easy for loading, unloading and with high efficiency. 

5. Rewinding shaft is double sliding flatulence air shaft, uses the straight knife, circular knives for slitting, disk tidy, have edge waste device. 

6. Unwind has web guide set. 

7. The system has meter counting, winding diameter operation, automatic stop by setting length you need first. 

8. The system has a perfect integration design with machine, electricity, gas, and takes complete safety protective measures..

1.Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, we have been in making printing machine over 37 years.

 

2.What about the payment term ?

Mostly 30%T/T in advanced, the rest need be paid by TT before shipping.if nessary,can do L/C.

 

3.machine adjustment and installation 

We can send technicians go to customers' country for machine installation and adjustment.

4. Quantity and quality guarantee

• Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation: 

       In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. 

• Guarantee period and after-sales services: 

        12 months since installation finish and machine normal working. During this guarantee period, We will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide spare parts at cost price. 

• Long-term service:

       We will charge the buyer the cost price of spare parts beyond guarantee time and provide long-term technical guide.
