Main structures and working principle
The whole set is composed of the printing unit, unwinding unit and rewinding unit, they have the same structures. Adopting a frequency motor to drive every unit. Adopting vector motors for traction and rewinding.(see picture one)
1. Unwinding unit
Mainly composed of the unwinding roll(B), automatic turning frame, motor and turning outfit.Riveting the raw material on the unwinding roll when printing,there are motor on the end of the unwinding roll,adjusting the floating roll to control the unwinding tension.
Raw material A and B are installed separately on the both ends of the autoloading turning frame. When A is working ,so B is standby .When A is going to work,put on the reverse button make the turning frame from B position to A position ,so B is working soon. That can keep the continuity of the printing.
There are bolts installed on one end of the unwinding roll(05),driving the roll to adjust the winding through tumble axletrees(06),aiming at rewinding roll worked on one line.
In order to the constant tension of the film when printing,the mini friction air cylinder will control the unwinding tension which be installed beside the unwinding roll.
2. Unwinding traction unit(see picture three)
Unwinding traction is dual-roll style, include in steel roll ,rubber roll and tension controller system. Rubber roll the printing material press on the steel roll tightly when printing, then adjust the tension.
3. Printing unit (see picture four)
Mainly composed of transmission device, ink filling device, ink scratch device ,press device, tension device, oven device, reverse printing device..
A. Transmission system(see picture five)
Main motor------Frequency motor, connect with the long roll after retardment ,that can make all the printing roll working at the same time.
The cluth is composed of the trigon gears,the aim is improve the colours accuracy.
B. Ink device
Composed of ink pump, ink trough and ink barrel. The ink pump will suck out the printing ink from the barrel then pump into the trough. The printing roll turns with the ink. The ink reflow back to the barrel when its capacity is excess, the pump will pump the ink into trough. So that is a ink circulation system which ceaseless.
Ink trough have the lifter function to suit the many different size printing rolls, simple sleaning, handwheel need to drive the dual-rocker device up to the degree which demanded
C. Scratch ink device(see picture four)
It's function is scratching the ink which rest on the surface of the printing roll. Mainly composed of the knife rest and tension added device. The knife rest can adjust the knife any height and degree freely. The deftective wheel can drive the knife rest moving ,so that, the knife will be moved with the knife rest together. That can make the design clearner, resolve the problems of the uneven abrasion in edge. The air pressure adjusts both of the knife and printing roll. Knife pressure should be debased at the nadir ,in order to reduce the fulsome abrasion of edge. The knife should be off printing roll once the printing done.
D. Pressing printing device
Composed of a roll which carved reseau, chromeplates and a roll,whose surface is enwrapped colloid. The printing roll dip in the printing ink partly with turning when working,the roll touch the printing ink, at this moment, the knife scratches the refundant ink. The printing material get across between printing Roll and colloid roll, the dear arrangement design is emerged.
E. Redeeming roll
Redeeming roll adopting Ball screw drive guide roller to move up and down to move up and down. The motor and nut drive the roll moving ,soon reactivity ,high accuracy.
F. Oven device
Composed of the electrothermal pipe and motor. When the film get through the oven, the motor indraught hot wind, in order to dry the ink in the film surface urge the impregant to volatilized Automatic temperature controller control the oven temperature, keep constant.
G. Printing gear box
Double helix gear within box drive the power from main motor to tear need lube to work better.
4. Rewinding traction unit
Used for tracting the printing film,when rewinding .Mainly composed of the tracting roll, rubber roll, motors and floating roll. The tension is stable. Motors send the constant power to traction roll. Using rubber roll make the printing film cling on the traction roll. We can set the tension size,and it will automatically keep it.
5. Rewinding unit
Mainly composed of vector motor rewinding seating ,turning frame, turning device and rewinding roll. Tension automatically by the floating roll control and constant, make the handwheel and the winding roll in a line.
Automatic connection initialized the rewinding length when printing .When rewinding length is close to the enactment length, we should install B paper roll in the turning frame, stick double-face adhensive tape, start-up the turning button, like the attachment, so the shift works is done at this moment.
6. Lubricate system
6.1.Dropping the several 20# oil into each iron chain twice every shift.
6.2. Dropping the several 20# oil into each moving roll joint twice every shift.
6.3. Dropping the several 20# oil into gear twice every shift.
6.4.Dropping the oil once to oil-cup every shift.
6.5.Changing the oil in the gearbox every half of the year.
6.6.Dropping the oil once every week into the guide roll axletree.
6.7. Dropping the several 20# oil into each worm wheel and worm once every shift.
Installing and adopting
- In view of the long whole set length ,we should depart the set into 2 parts for packing in order to suitable before installing transportation. The machine should be set on a horiaontal ground. Firstly, install each unit like unwinding, printing. rewinding in order.Secondly,connecting moving roll,setting mantle and strap.Finally,connecting the electrical wire.
