Second, Features
1The electrical control system is controlled centralizedly by imported PLC. It has touch screen. It can set and show different work parameters in accordance with different products.
2. The transmission of unwinder/winder adopts vector converter, realizing automatic tension control through PLC automatically calculating reel diameter
3. Unwinding loading and unloading adopts shaftless top type.
4. The system is equipped with automatic stroboscopic instrument for observing printed pattern. If defective pattern is observed, it can be turned back automatically by pressing the defect button.
