APPLICATION:
The machine is used for fulfilling the procession of II-shape, 17 -shape and other three-side sealing bag made and standing from BOPP, PET, CPP, PE, NYLON, aluminum-foil and sheet.
The producing rate of the device is effective. It's easy to operate. The product is quite flatness and the shape of the product is upright and beauty, the bag side can be sealed firmly in the condition of high temperature. It's the ideal equipment for the foods line to produce the wrapped bags.
 
FEATURES:
1. The whole machine is comprehensively controlled by a parallelly processing system with multi- CPUs, such as the industrial digital computer, double inverter digital control system; temperature control system, edge positioning system; Driven by digital double AC servo and double inverter motor for synchronous high-speed, constant length positioning and speed control; (The whole machine adopts PLC control system.)
2. Adopt Color LCD In-Touch screen real-time display and set system. All the parameters, such as pouch-making speed, pouch-making length, temperature, counting and conveying of finished products, etc. can be preset via touch screen. (The temperature can be centrally controlled by computer.)
3. The unwinding tension control adopts the fully auto magnetic powder for constant tension by adjusting PID;
4. LPC automatic deviation-rectifying, double photocell tracking.
5. Combined Bridge structure is adopted for vertical sealing; pace-style pressing and cooling available;
6·Combined Bridge structure and cooling device are available for horizontal sealing, pace-style pressing and cooling available;
7.Processing tension controlled by servo motor. The pace is controlled by the interpolation device, to ensure the trimming of the edge, the bag-making precision and the stability of web in-feed;
 8.Horizontal or vertical inverter rewinder are available for Auto-rewinding scraps;
 9.Provided with multi punching devices for lozenge, orbicular and irregular hole;
 10.Synchronous, synchronism action multi-in-feed device provide for multiplied in-feed; (Skip material feeding)
11.Sixteen-stage PID constant temperature control with temperature display on computer screen, delivered by SSR; auto temperature control alarm;
12. Equipped with automatic collecting of rim charge, electrostatic elimination.
13. The whole machine has centralized fuel filling system for every lubricating point.
14. The system is designed in perfect combination of machinery, electricity and pneumatic power. It is a highly automatic modem centralized machine with high speed, constant tension, positing accuracy, and easier operation.
15. Increase units of hot sealing and punching are available according to customer's request;
16. Double unwinder and irregular shaped sealing block can be equipped to meet the customer's demand.
